At Daia Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
