Delivery Clearance

A 70 cm door clearance is required for delivery.

Seat Cushions

The seat cushions are removable, and the seat covers can also be removed. Cushion softness or firmness can be tailored to your preference. Simply select your preferred option under “Choose Seat Filling”.

Back Cushions

The back cushions are sprung and built into the body of the sofa. Built-in cushions are firm by design to help them keep their tailored shape for years to come. If you prefer a softer feel, we recommend adding scatter cushions or throw pillows for extra comfort.

Assembly

The sofa is delivered fully assembled.

Please Note

The feet may be removed to make delivery easier and will need to be reattached once the sofa is in place.

Please note: Customers are responsible for checking dimensions and ensuring the item fits through all access points. If delivery fails due to access, any additional costs (e.g., redelivery, specialist access, door/window removal, storage/return fees) are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note: Sofa feet are supplied separately and must be attached by the customer using the self-tapping screws provided. No drilling is required. Please use a screwdriver only.
